Phatshoane Henney Group firms show 100% Skills Development compliance

Skills Development is an important element of each firm’s BEE scorecard and its ability to comply with the Phatshoane Henney Group BEE Standards. Corporate Strategy Group annually assists Group firms with their Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) submissions which are due to SASSETA by 30 April of each year.

A WSP is an organisation’s articulated training plan for the period in question, that relates to the training and development initiatives that need to be undertaken during the year. In turn, an ATR is a report on actual training and development initiatives completed during the previous year.

All Phatshoane Henney Group firms have submitted their Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports on time, ensuring 100% Group compliance.
