Donald is a Director in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2012.
He specialises in commercial litigation, insolvency law, recoveries, banking law, labour law, administrative law, tax litigation and customs & excise. Donald represents various private and listed companies, banks and parastatals such as SARS.
After obtaining his B.Com Law & LL.B degrees from the University of Pretoria, he went on to obtain certificated in Advanced Labour Law and Insolvency Law with distinctions.
When out of the office, Donald enjoys his sport, quality time with family and friends and a good old fashion braai, preferably in the Kruger.
