Mark Christodoulou

Mark Christodoulou is an Associate Director in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution division at VDT Attorneys Inc. His interests lie in all forms of litigation and dispute resolution, including general and commercial litigation , cyber law, insolvency law, correspondent work, tax disputes and customs & excise disputes. He has obtained experience in dealing with high profile matters for corporate and commercial clients including listed entities, banks, property developers and state entities.

Mark obtained his BCom Law and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria in 2014 and 2016 respectively. He joined the firm as a Candidate Attorney in 2017 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in September 2018. He went on to complete a course in Compliance Management (with a focus on corporate governance, cyber law and protection of personal information) at the University of Cape Town in 2018 and an advanced course in Insolvency Litigation & Practice from the University of Pretoria in 2021.

Mark considers himself to be a bit of a “geek” and has a passion for cars, food and technology. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and watching sports and movies. He values himself on honesty, integrity and loyalty, and believes that is the key to being a successful attorney.
